 ... that means digitizing designs "by request".  A person asks you to digitize a design for them and provides you with the artwork.  You turn that into an embroidery design. 

Simple right?  Nope!  Because you don't know who OWNS THE COPYRIGHTS to the artwork you digitized!  You may have just created an opening for someone to sue you! 

Just because a person gives you a piece of artwork to digitize, doesn't mean they OWN the COPYRIGHTS to it!
