Somewhere In Tennessee

We stayed a little ways North of Nashville last night. Seem to have outrun the storm for now.  We will see how it looks this morning when we pull out.  It's still nearly 500 more miles to home and our girls but we hope to be there this afternoon or early evening.

Friends and relatives in the Chicago area texted us and said we were smart to get out early.  By noon it was really coming down hard there and clogging up the streets.  We would have been locked in for a couple days in the cold.  Yuk!  Been there - done that!  :-)
