Wow.... I left out something REAAAAALLLY important from yesterday's newsletter to you. When I said Holly was looking at "other software" I only inferred but did not spell out what KIND of software I was talking about.
Generations is her software for digitizing. Period.
But she also needs software for OTHER THINGS like changing formats from PES to JEF, HUS, DST, etc for our customers. And for changing colors and so on.
THAT is the kind of software I was referring to yesterday. Not digitizing software. Her favorite software for changing colors and formats is the Designers Gallery from Baby Lock. For digitizing... it's Generations.

It never hurts to take a look at what new and "old-but-revised" software choices are available once in a while. Holly has been doing that last night and this morning.
Besides digitizing, she also creates color charts, converts designs to multiple formats, and corrects color conversion mix-ups. She has just finished running several popular programs thought their paces and is still satisfied that the Designer's Gallery series is still the BEST CHOICE for HER USES (as a high-volume digitizer) FOR MAKING COLOR CHANGES AND MULTIPLE FORMATS after the designs have been digitized. Embird will WORK as her second choice.
We will do an in-depth review of these programs shortly as a video for our websites.
