I Had To Laugh...
It was one of those facebook posts where you are asked if you remember this and that from "the good old days". The question was "Do you remember when cartoons were only available on Saturday morning?"
I laughed because in 1960 when I was of "cartoon age" that was the case, except for "The Bugs Bunny Show" that was on ABC on Tuesday nights at 7pm. Wow! That and the three stooges were my kind of humor! LOL. In 1964 the show left prime time and moved to Saturday mornings with the rest of the cartoons, but for those 3 years... Tuesday night was AWESOME!
Saturday Morning Is Not Just For Cartoons Any More
It's also newsletter day!
Two weeks ago I was in the hospital for the weekend. They say you can't put a price on a good time... and yet... I know they will send me a big old bill that will prove just how wrong that saying really is now! LOL.
But that hospital stay also told me that I can't keep up the pace of a daily newsletter as I have done recently. So I'm making this a "Saturday Morning" newsletter only. I will still send out urgent news as needed, but for the most part, our full color newsletter will be just once a week.
Health Updates...
I have been out of the hospital for about 12 days now and I'm feeling pretty well. Thinking it was a food based bug that got me but I'll probably never know for sure.
One thing we have done is to change our diet recently, in hopes of gaining better overall health. I will include updates in this newsletter. If you have questions, feel free to email me...
