Our Health Updates 9/1/2013

We have both switched to a whole-food plant-based lifestyle and are seeing improvements in our health every week. We have shed 36 pounds to date and are seeing other benefits like reduced blood pressure, more energy, acid reflux is GONE, and many other desired "side effects" too.
