Holly is attending a Silhouette class today with a couple friends ( Ina Archer and Missy Billingsley ) She is having fun
with the cutting machine and while she has taken some steps to making it more a part of our business, so far, it is not to the point of being a major part of the picture at ATW or other sites we own.
Meanwhile, she continues to learn more about the machine and software and to make new projects with hers. I find it interesting that these machines exist and yet have so far
not become more popular than they are already. Why? Cost for one thing.
An entry level embroidery machine costs about $800 and they go up to $15,000 for top of the line home machines. The cutting machines cost about $300 and that IS the bottom and top of the line. Making the machines very affordable. You can spend money on supplies, but nothing like with
embroidery or quilting. ( I have seen some fabric stashes - LOL )
