Usually I am more active behind the scenes at ATW but the last two weeks have been on my back mostly. I was having a lot of pain from
sciatica and after an MRI a week ago I was diagnosed with spinal stenosis. With therapy and pain meds I am now in less pain and anxious to get back to work. Since I still cant sit or walk for more than a minute at a time, Holly and Susan set up a temporary bed at the right height for me to use my computer again. :-)
