My apologies to those who emailed or called ME directly and didn't get help when needed. Please try again using the SUPPORT menu on ATW. The email address there goes to "US" rather than directly to ME.
I also added a CHAT tool on the SUPPORT page and that has been great for those who have used it this past week. We all appreciate fast support and that makes it either instant or gives me a heads up and a way to email you back quickly if I am not at my desk at the moment you reach out.
