Good morning. Updates on covid and swamp fire.
Covid
Our part of Florida was not heavily impacted by the Covid-19 virus. We were on stay-at-home / wear masks / no-you-can't-get-a-haircut type orders, but thankfully those were precautions that seem to have paid off here. I think Monday we will be able to go back to a slightly more normal life. Of course the hair salons will be the most welcome.
5 Mile Swamp Fire
The 5 Mile Swamp fire started several days ago. At one point it was a little less than 2 miles from our home. Unfortunately it still is not completely out so we still have precious things packed and staged to exit the house if we have to evacuate. Just hoping not to do that.
